GOOD BUSINESS

Building a successful business that creates positive impact

At Green Power Solutions, we believe commercial success and positive environmental and social impact should reinforce each other.

We develop technology and operational intelligence that help organisations manage remote and temporary infrastructure more efficiently, while reducing unnecessary journeys, energy and resource use and associated environmental impacts.

As a certified B Corporation, we have also made formal commitments about how we consider people, communities and the environment in the way we run our business.

Our Purpose

Green Power Solutions exists to use technology and operational intelligence to help organisations manage remote and temporary infrastructure more efficiently, reducing unnecessary journeys, energy and resource use and associated environmental impacts while improving the reliability and resilience of their operations.

We aim to create meaningful and measurable positive environmental impact through our business while building a successful and sustainable company for the long term.

Business as a force for good

Green Power Solutions is a certified B Corporation.

B Corps are businesses committed to meeting standards of social and environmental performance, accountability and transparency.

For Green Power Solutions, this commitment is also embedded within our Articles of Association.

Our directors are required to consider the long-term consequences of decisions and the interests of employees, suppliers, customers, communities and the environment alongside the interests of shareholders.

Using technology to reduce environmental impact

Environmental monitoring equipment

A central part of our purpose is helping organisations operate remote infrastructure more efficiently.

TrackSyte® provides greater visibility of asset condition, performance and energy use, enabling operators to identify issues earlier, make better operational decisions and reduce unnecessary physical site interventions.

Our Impact Reporting capability is being developed to help customers understand environmental outcomes including electricity savings and estimated associated greenhouse gas emissions savings.

Smart Ops will develop this further by helping identify when problems can be diagnosed or resolved remotely and, where the evidence supports it, when an engineer intervention and associated journey has genuinely been avoided.

Climate Action

Green Power Solutions supports the global effort to limit global warming to 1.5°C above pre-industrial levels.

Our Climate Action Plan 2026–2029 sets out how we will measure and improve our operational climate impact, consider environmental impacts in procurement, maintain lower-emission ways of working and develop the environmental impact measurement capabilities of TrackSyte® and Smart Ops.

Raising a concern

We want employees, customers, suppliers, business partners and others affected by our activities to be able to raise concerns about the way we operate.

Concerns may relate to our business practices, treatment of people, human rights, environmental impacts, ethical conduct or other matters connected with Green Power Solutions.

Concerns raised in good faith will be taken seriously and handled appropriately. We do not tolerate retaliation against anyone raising a genuine concern.

Raise a concern

Commitments only matter if we monitor what happens in practice.

Green Power Solutions is developing its environmental and social measurement capabilities and will progressively improve the information we use to understand our impact.

Our Board reviews progress against our purpose and key social and environmental commitments at least annually.
